In 2023–2024, MRC youth participated in five international exchange programmes — Japan Red Cross, Jumbara with PMI (Indonesia), Hong Kong Red Cross, Regional Youth Leadership Academy Asia Pacific 2023 in Nepal, and Vietnam National Camp (VNRC).

These programmes improved leadership and problem-solving skills, built international peer relationships, and deepened participants' understanding of global humanitarian issues — empowering them to contribute more effectively to youth programme development within MRC.
