Introduction to First Aid & CPR + AED

Entry-level training covering common injuries, medical emergencies, CPR, and AED use for beginners who need a strong foundation.

Basic First Aid
& CPR + AED

More in-depth practical skills for fractures, burns, choking, CPR, and AED use, designed for participants who need wider first aid capability.

Advanced First Aid
& CPR + AED

Advanced response for severe trauma, complex emergencies, and prolonged patient care, suited to healthcare providers and emergency responders.

Psychological First Aid

Emotional and psychosocial support skills for crisis settings, disaster response, caregiving, and community support roles.

Booking, Materials & Certification

Booking Policy

Each programme is built around real emergency scenarios, practical exercises, and clear certification pathways so participants can respond with confidence.

Date & Participant Changes

Participant name changes are allowed up to the commencement day. Date or participant changes must be requested at least 7 days before training and are allowed once.

Payment

Payments are made through Electronic Funds Transfer into the Malaysian Red Crescent Society Maybank account. Bank-in slip submission and official receipts follow MRCS Finance Department procedures.

Handouts

MRCS provides one set of training materials for each participant during training.

  • One Triangular Bandage

Rewards & Certificate

Participants who pass the examination receive a First Aid Certificate of Competence. Participants must attend all training sessions to be certified. Certificates are processed within 2 weeks after training completion and are valid for up to 3 years.

Confirmation

Walk-in registration begins at 8.30 a.m. Training runs from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Participants may also register online through the MRCS website.
