Flooding Remained A Major Humanitarian Emergency.
On 29 November alone, three meteorological stations recorded record-breaking rainfall. By 2 December, NADMA reported over 137,000 people affected, while evacuation centres continued supporting displaced communities.

Despite weather improvement by 4 December, dangerously high river levels and further monsoon surge risk continued to threaten affected districts, especially communities with disrupted access.

The agriculture sector suffered significant losses, including rice crop damage affecting hundreds of farmers across more than 1,600 hectares.
